I have lived in the Huntsville area all my life. I attended the University of North Alabama where I studied Business Management. I have been married for 48 years to my wife, Laura. We have three children Ryan, Daniel and Chelsea, eight grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
I spent 24 years at Dunlop Tire Manufacturing as a manager. After retiring from Dunlop in 2001, I began working in the insurance industry.
In the community I have served as a deacon for the Mayfair Church of Christ. I coached little league softball, baseball, football and basketball. I am a football official for the AHSAA, Vice Chairman of the Alabama Sports Officials Foundation and Coordinator for the AHSAA state football officials.
